Confirmation of Booking and Terms & Conditions of Booking

• To complete your reservation and in line with standard practice, we require credit /debit card details
• You may provide these by email, though for security considerations we would recommend that you do so by Tel. or Fax. We can phone you if you prefer
• While no charges will be made at the time of submission, all bookings guaranteed by card will be held for arrival
• Credit card details and other personal information are kept securely in accordance with procedures laid down by U. K. Data Protection Legislation
• Check-in time is between 3.00 pm and 9.00 pm Please advise us if you need a later check-in time. Check-out is 11.00 am on day of departure
• Any bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date will be subject to charges
• In the event of non-arrival or a cancellation - for whatever reason - made within 7 days prior to arrival date, the first night's accommodation will be charged as well as any subsequent nights of the booking period for which we are unable to let the room(s)
• Any confirmed booking that is shortened without 7 days notice is liable to charges if we are unable to re-let room/rooms
• For block bookings we require 28 days notice of cancellation, otherwise the above cancellation charges will apply
• We regret that we do not accept bookings from persons coming for hen-nights or stag parties
• We would advise that appropriate insurance cover is taken out to avoid losses if a cancellation has to be made (for whatever reason)
• Any loss, damage or breakages caused by you or any member of your party will be charged
• Any loss, damage or breakages caused by you or any member of your party must be reported to staff
• If in our reasonable opinion you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause upset, distress or danger to any third party or to pose a risk to the safety of guests or the security of the premises, we are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the stay of the person(s) concerned. No refund will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination
• For our part we will make every effort to ensure that our guests are accommodated in a safe and secure environment. Accordingly, we comply with all Statutory controls, including Northern Ireland Tourist Board, Environmental Health and Fire Authority regulations. For the additional safety and security of guests and staff, CCTV has been installed in public areas of the premises and hard disc recordings may be made
