personnel-colette-bryceColette Bryce is a critically acclaimed poet from Derry, currently based in the North East of England. She has published three collections with Picador: The Heel of Bernadette (2000), The Full Indian Rope Trick (2004) and Self-Portrait in the Dark (2008), and has received several awards for her work, including first prize in the UK National Poetry Competition and the Cholmondeley Award in 2010. From 2009 to 2013 she was Poetry Editor at Poetry London magazine. In March 2013 she was shortlisted for the prestigious Ted Hughes Award for new poetry presented in the UK during 2012, for Ballasting the Ark a sequence of poem-films and an accompanying short book of poems. She is currently working on a new collection.
